You must use Carity responsibly and lawfully.
Do not interact with the app while driving in a way that is unsafe or unlawful. You remain responsible for your own driving decisions, route choices, fuel purchases, and vehicle maintenance obligations.
Carity is not legal, roadside, mechanical, insurance, tax, MOT, or emergency advice.
Carity uses device-trust and authentication controls to protect the service.
We may refuse, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe:
